AI Blueprint

About

I’m Marcel. I build AI systems for businesses that don’t have an engineering team.

I work with small and mid-size teams doing real work, who need practical systems, not roadmaps.

[01] The short version

I’ve always been a builder. The medium just kept changing.

I started in creative work: music, audio engineering, photography. Each one taught me how to obsess over the details until the thing felt right. Eventually I realized that creative work was best kept as a passion, not a paycheck.

The whole time, I had been working in marketing and building systems on the side. Websites, internal tools, automations. I noticed I would get obsessively sucked into building a system and not be able to stop until it was working. That was the signal.

Now I do this full time. You have a problem, I look at all the moving parts, connect them, and build something that makes them work together. The best part is watching someone’s face when the thing I built just works. That’s the game for me, and I love playing it.

The best thing I can build you is something you forget is even running.

[02] How I work

Four things I believe about this work.

01

Ship, don’t pitch

I’d rather show you a working prototype than a 40-slide deck. Most projects go from first call to something you can touch in under two weeks.

02

Learn the business first

I don’t start with the technology. I start with how you actually work. The handoffs, the bottlenecks, the things that cost you time every single day. The tech serves the process, not the other way around.

03

Build things that last

I don’t build demos. Everything I ship is designed to run in production, handle edge cases, and keep working after I leave. If it breaks, I fix it.

04

Your project gets my full attention

No handoffs to a junior, no telephone game between departments. The person on the call is the person building the thing. That means fast turnarounds and someone who actually remembers your business when you call.

[03] The toolkit

I use whatever gets the job done.

No loyalty to any single platform. I pick the tools that fit your existing systems, your budget, and the problem we’re solving.

[04] Working together

What you can expect.

Straight talk

If AI isn’t the right answer for your problem, I’ll tell you. I’d rather lose a project than build something that doesn’t help.

Fast timelines

Most projects ship in 2–4 weeks. No six-month discovery phases, no scope creep, no endless meetings.

Real support

I stick around for 2–3 months after launch. Real usage surfaces things testing can’t, and I handle them.

Typical engagement

Timeline

2–4 weeks to ship, 2–3 months of support

Investment

$1,000 – $3,500 depending on scope

Best for

1–50 person businesses: IT, legal, dental, service companies

Starts with
